Today, I thought I would take some content written for another website, and run it through Quillbot and see what I would find. BTW, don't accidentally type it as quilbot - someone has what looks to be malicious popup code on that domain.

Here is the paragraph we will start with:

"Escheatment involves taking unclaimed property and handing it to the state. All states have statutes requiring companies to make regular reports to states regarding property that has been abandoned or unclaimed after a certain period of time. This period of time varies from state to state, but according to the Federal Government, it is often as short as just five years."

I am doing this test on 2020/06/06. I am using the free version of Quillbot that is limited to 400 characters. The above paragraph is 372 characters. Quillbot highlights the changes that it makes.
