Yes. A frickin' word search puzzle. They, a quasi-governmental agency, that we have no choice about using, is sitting around spending the money they charge in bridge tolls, spending that money to amuse themsaelves making word search puzzles.
No. I didn't make this up.

Just look up all the attempts at law suits against them for their terrible system and customer service. News station expose's about them.
It is going to take more than some word search puzzles to make up for the problems they are causing people in the Bay Area.
